A Letter from Our Pastor
Dear Friends,

Welcome to our website!

Nestled here in the beautiful Appalachians of Southwest Virginia, we are a family of believers known as Sandlick Presbyterian Church. We are a Bible-believing church concerned to bring the hope of Jesus Christ to the individuals, families, and communities of Southwest Virginia. We invite you to come and visit us and participate in the services of our church, to be built up with us in that hope, and strengthened to share that hope with others.

Our church had its beginnings when mission-minded evangelists and Bible ladies came and brought the gospel to the youth, schools, and neighborhoods of Dickenson County in the 1930's. Today, we continue their vision to make disciples for Jesus by instructing people of all ages from God's Word, sharing the gospel with those who are investigating the claims of Jesus, and equipping God's people for effective growth and service in their own families and beyond.

We would be glad to minister to you through the messages you can download from our website, or even more particularly, in person. When we have the privilege of meeting you, please let us know if there is any particular need you might have for counsel or prayer, for yourself or a loved one. Both I, our elders and deacons, and our entire church family will be glad to be of any possible assistance.

May the Lord bless you.

Cordially in Christ,

Pastor David Cummings
